Workshop focused on GROMACS software package. Focus will be on basic usage and deployment on GPU-accelerated HPC systems, the agenda will also cover more of the core modules for GROMACS developed by BioExcel (Haddock or PMX).
Organized by: EuroCC Slovakia together with EuroCC Czechia, EuroCC Austria, EuroCC Hungary a BioExcel CoE.
