Topic: This seminar will bring together experts to discuss the transformative impact of AI in medical imaging and hospital management.
Participants will gain insights into the use of AI for improving healthcare outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting medical decision-making through data-driven approaches. Special emphasis will be placed on how high-performance computing (HPC) supports AI applications in healthcare research and innovation.
The event will feature keynote talks, practical case studies (results of our projects) and a networking session aimed at fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
Speaker: Dr. Lemana Spahić
About speaker: Dr. Lemana Spahić is an expert in biomedical engineering and the application of artificial intelligence in medicine, holding a PhD in genetics and bioengineering. She has extensive experience in developing predictive models for medical diagnostics and the performance prediction of medical devices, with advanced knowledge of data analysis, machine learning techniques and modelling of complex biological systems. She is the author of a significant number of scientific papers and a leader in promoting innovative technologies in healthcare. Through a multidisciplinary approach, she actively connects science, industry and clinical practice, contributing to the advancement of digital medicine and personalized therapy solutions.
